| | Training Cancellation Policy | If written notice is received at least (i) fourteen (14) business days in advance of the course, the Client is entitled to a refund of its payment, (ii) seven (7) business days in advance of the course, the Client is entitled to a full course credit that must be used for another course offered by Post Vision Technology within the earlier of (a) three (3) months of the date of the original course. The client is not entitled to a refund or course credit if less than seven (7) business days advance written notice is given. Failure to provide written notice at least fourteen (14) business days in advance of the course obligates the Client to make payment for the full price of the agreed training fee. Enrollment cancelled within fourteen (14) business days of the scheduled delivery of any course is subject to a penalty fee, of up to 50% charged for the course.
For training requested via PPO‘s web-based enrollment tool, cancellation notices may be given using the web-based tool. For all other Training orders, cancellation notices must be emailed to support@ppo.co.za no less than fourteen (14) business days in advance of the course start date. Post Vision is not responsible for any error in the delivery of the email notice.
Post Vision Technology reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the date, time and location of a training course at any time, including replacing personnel who may be scheduled to deliver the training. In the event that a training course is cancelled, the Client is entitled to a full refund. Post Vision Technology shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by the Client as a result of a cancellation or reschedule.
If a Training course is cancelled by Post Vision Technology due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (e.g. weather, natural disaster), the Client is entitled to a full course credit which must be used within 3 months of the date of the original course for another course offered by Post Vision. If Post Vision cancels a Training course for any other reason, the Client is entitled to a full refund.
