PPO is available at a fraction of the cost of other functionally competitive products and the monthly subscription fees ensure there is no initial investment or long term contract and the pricing model allows clients to scale users up and down as required. In addition, the pricing is tiered such that the more users that subscribe to PPO the lower the price per user.
PPO is based on a per user subscription model based on the number of subscribed users (not active users). Our subscription fees are based on the simple premise that extra benefits are derived from a more inclusive policy. PPO is thus priced as a tool not just for project managers but rather for all project resources.

| Training |
PPO has four standard training courses:
Training can be done at the client site for a maximum of 12 users.
PPO also offers public training courses which allow PPO users to send people for training without having to incur the costs for a full day on-site facilitated training course. For more information on these courses or to book, please see the following FAQ.

* Customers making use of the debit order facility receive a 25% discount on hosting fees.

* Subscription increases and decreases can be managed by the client at any time during the month.
* All prices are escalated on 28 February each year by an amount not exceeding the greater of CPI % or 10%.
